These terms and conditions govern any booking or enquiry made with Dream Events (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and received the agreed deposit. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, and availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.
2. Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due in line with the payment schedule set out in your proposal. Late payment may result in a delay or loss of booked services.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be liable for the full contracted amount, to cover supplier and venue commitments already made on your behalf.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, proposals, mood boards and production concepts prepared by Dream Events remain our intellectual property until the associated event is paid for in full, and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without our consent.
5. Liability
We take all reasonable care in planning and delivering your event, including vetting the suppliers and venues we work with. We are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier failure, weather, or venue restrictions.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, government action or other circumstances treated as force majeure.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
